One of the most important moments of a wedding ceremony is the exchange of the vows. This is a chance to share your true feelings about the love of your life to all of those in attendance and commit yourself to them for the rest of your life. While there are many people who still go with the traditional vows, there are those who want something a little more personal. But writing vows that you're going to want to frame and put up in your Annex houses throughout the years is not as easy as you might think. Here are some tips to make them perfect.

When you're planning to prepare your own vows, the first thing you're going to want to do is speak with your officiant about it. If you're getting married with a justice of the peace on the roof of Ajax condominiums and they are not committed to any specific traditions than you've likely got nothing to worry about. And while most ministers and priests are open to the idea of writing vows there are those who will still expect you to follow to book.

Once you know that everyone is on board with your plan, it's time to meet with your significant other and decide on the tone of the vows. You don't want to start things off in the backyard of Ajax townhouses with a heartwarming speech that makes everyone cry only to be followed by vows that are completely not serious and meant to humor everyone in attendance. Your vows should be a reflection of who you are as a couple and being in sync is one of the keys to making them really special.

If you're having some trouble knowing exactly what to say than there are some questions that you can ask yourself to get a starting off point. What is it about this person that makes them the one that you want to do everything from buy your first home with at 763 Bay to watch your children get married with throughout the years? When did you know that they were the person for you? What is your favorite memory of your two together?

Don' think that you need to get it right on your first try. Write out something and then edit the way that you would with any speech. You might have a lot of things to do as you're planning a wedding in Toronto or London real estate and taking some time out to work on your vows can actually remind you of why it's worth all of the work. As long as it's from the heart you will end up with something wonderful.
